My service advisor Tom was excellent and took care of 3rd party warranty approvals unbelievably fast (less than 48 hours DURING A WEEKEND from initial diagnostic contact to approval for a full transmission replacement). I can't emphasize this enough, it was incredible how fast he got everything approved to have parts on order as soon as possible. I had been worried about the 3rd party warranty being a pain to deal with but Tom made it an easier process than even any factory warranty repairs I've had done in the past from other brands. The master tech Jason also went above and beyond recording a detailed video for me going over exactly what was wrong with my car and what changes had been made to prevent the issues from recurring in the newer revision parts from GM that they were installing during the repair. He alap thoughtfully recorded this after disassembly with all the relevant parts outside of the car to easily show the exact issue and new part updates which was GREATLY appreciated for making it easy to understand exactly what happened because it was right there on camera! Even with this extra time and effort put into helping me understand exactly what happened and what repairs were being performed, Jason still managed to tackle the 19 hour job (per the TSB on this specific problem he directed me to) in only two days which far exceeded any estimate or expectations. There was one minor hiccup when first driving my car home, which I want to be clear wasn't their fault at all and just some unfortunate timing of a different issue presenting itself. Despite that, Tom and Jason both went out of their way to get my car back in immediately and have that unexpected extra item taken care of for me and ready to go again by the very next morning. Overall I was very happy with both how quickly and easily the whole process was made by these two excellent service team members from start to finish, and I would highly recommend this dealership to others for any service needs.

The pickup was repaired in record time and all warranties turned in even before we contacted them about picking up the truck.

We were traveling when the check engine light came on. They got us in first thing the next morning exceptional terrific service department check us out was thorough with the evaluations. Did a great job. It's the dealership I would highly recommend anybody that needs service or if we live closer by, it's where I buy all my cars from did a great job. Tom was terrific.

Taking a while to get the part kind of frustrating

Courteous. Car Problem was diagnosed. Car was serviced in under the estimated time frame. The only issue was: per warranty company, I should have only been billed 0.7 hour for diagnosing the shifter problem, but was billed a full hour.
