Introducing The New 2022 Chevrolet Blazer
Dubbed the “Camaro of SUVs,” the new 2022 Chevy Blazer will catch your eye with its bold but familiar styling, and the high performance to match. Plus this new model year is bringing in new blood, so to speak, by retiring the old 2.5-liter engine along with the L and 1LT trims and bringing on a whole new base trim and powertrain options. The price ranges from $29,000 up to $45,000 for the top trim. So for all you Blazer-boys and girls, you are in for a real treat with the new 2022 Chevy Blazer, because this is definitely not your parent’s Blazer. This is the next generation that opens doors to all the possibilities.
WHAT’S NEW: For 2022, the Blazer lineup begins at the new 2LT base trim, which is equipped with a 228 horse-powered, turbocharged four-cylinder engine. A 308 horse-powered 3.6-liter V6 is also available. You can choose between standard FWD or available AWD. With all-wheel drive, the Blazer upgrades to a larger 21.7-gallon fuel tank from the 19.4-gallon tank that comes standard. The Premier trim has been given a refreshed look. Now it comes with a new set of wheels, dark front, and rear fascias, as well as rockers and wheel moldings that accentuate a dusky and bold appearance.
BLAZER FACTS: The 2022 Chevy Blazer will be available in these trims: 2LT, 3LT, the sporty RS, and Premier as well as the Midnight and Redline Editions, which are special appearance packages available on select trims. Plus, the 2022 Blazer is loaded with some pretty awesome tech goodies like the power-programmable liftgate that’s available on the 2LT and comes standard on the 3LT, RS and Premier trims. The Chevrolet infotainment system includes an eight-inch touchscreen, built-in WiFi hotspot, and Amazon Alexa capability. The driver-assist tech features include an HD Rear Vision Camera and Chevy Safety Assist Package, which is standard on all trims.
The new 2022 Chevy Blazer will soon be coming out hot onto the showroom floor with refreshed trim styles and stellar options that make the new Blazer stand ahead of its class.
